It has a clean and lively finish with lingering mineral and citrus notes.
The 2007 Sauvignon Blanc was hand-crafted and fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its true varietal characteristics and acidity. It was aged on lees for four months to provide a pleasing, rich mouth feel and texture.
It pairs well with salads, fruits, cheeses, and seafood but can and should be enjoyed anytime.

Vineyard - This wine was creating using fruit from three different fruit sources all in the Oakville appellation - Hoxsey Vineyards.
